Darren Rouse
Darren Rouse, AIA, NCARB – Project Manager

Mr. Rouse has a wide range of experience in several building types, including churches, medical facilities, university, community college, K-12, and business/office commercial.

Darren served in the Engineering Branch of the US Army until 2002. After his honorable discharge from the army , Darren joined a successful commercial architecture firm in central Texas, where he served as project architect for several church projects, university facilities, and various other commercial projects. In 2006, Darren moved to Colorado to join The Larson Group and focus on church and para-church design.

Bradley HakeBradley Hake, P.E. – Architectural Engineer

Bradley Hake has been practicing architecturally related professional engineering design for 11 years in the states of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and California, with noted expertise in the coordination of engineering and architectural design components and requirements to facilitate smooth and orderly progress through the design and construction process.

Bradley has worked in a variety of design firm settings ranging from international award winning multi-disciplinary engineering firms to operation as a sole proprietor of his own engineering design firm. He has design experience on industrial, institutional, educational and commercial projects. He has worked closely with The Larson Group either directly or as a prime engineering design consultant for most of his professional career.



Since November 2004, Bradley has been working on various national projects for The Larson Group, developing and refining internet based communications and delivery tools and processes for the firm’s design consulting teams and projects distant from the its Colorado Springs main office. Since April 2006, he has been working for The Larson Group from his home in South Tipperary, Ireland, maintaining project workflow, communication, and product delivery for multiple projects around the United States.

Tru Lincoln, Allied ASID – Interior Designer

Tru Lincoln has worked for over 30 years in Interior Design, as principal designer and owner of her own firm in California and teaching Interior Design at Santa Monica College in Santa Monica, California, then joining The Larson Group after moving to Colorado in 1991.

As an Allied Member of American Society of Interior Designers, a Certified Interior Designer (CID) in California, and member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, she provides extensive expertise in the interior design of buildings designing and developing color and material specifications and concepts that are both creative and functional.

Jeremy BergeronJeremy Bergeron– Architectural Designer

Jeremy Bergeron has worked in the field of architecture for over 10 years, and is currently in the process of obtaining his architectural license. He has a wide range of experience in many different building types including churches, parachurch, high-end residential, financial institutions, museum, medical facilities, and business/office commercial facilities.

Jeremy designs buildings that embrace the community that are both, functional and practical as well as creative while maintaining cost efficiency. His designs are based on client involvement and charettes to discover methods to fulfill the client’s desires and needs. Jeremy facilitates this process by creating computer graphics and animations to convey designs and ideas to the client.

Sara HillSara Hill, Associate AIA – CADD Manager/ Production

Sara Hill has worked in the field of architecture for over 10 years. She is currently in the process of obtaining her architectural license. She has a wide range of experience in many different building types including business/office commercial, churches, and para-church organizations.

She began working for The Larson Group as a summer intern in 1997 and joined The Larson Group full time in 1999 after completing her degree. In 2002, she moved to Ukraine as an architectural designer for a charitable organization. She returned to The Larson Group in 2004 to serve as the CADD manager in addition to her responsibilities as part of the production team.

Sara brings a solid foundation to The Larson Group and is experienced in all phases of architecture including contracting, pre-design, master planning, construction documentation, engineering coordination, and construction administration / field representation.

As Financial Manager for The Larson Group Architects, Mr. Buettner is responsible for all aspects of accounting, human resources and office management.

As Receptionist and Graphic Designer for The Larson Group Architects for over 7 years, Mrs. Braidwood works with our Financial Manager to keep the office running smoothly. She has strong communication skills and also designed our website.
