To accommodate the dramatic growth of Traders Point Christian Church, The Larson Group planned a new facility on a 90 acre site, located in a country club setting visible from Highway 65 in Indiana. It is designed to be a 151,636 SF facility providing a 2,600 seat worship area to meet the criteria for a performing arts center, a 10,800 square foot multi-purpose/gymnasium with adjoining locker rooms, kitchen and fellowship hall. The facility also provides for a state-of-the art 7,500 SF youth auditorium/student center, 7,500 SF of administrative office space, various meeting rooms and a themed children's/nursery area with a 4,000 SF enclosed playroom. This facility has been designed for unlimited future expansion anticipating the dynamic growth of Traders Point, and the needs of the community which they serve.
